(삼광NEWS)-9월 2일(월) 삼광에서는 9월 월례회를 진행 하였습니다. 금번 월례회는 중국 동관과 화상으로 연결하여 진행 하였으며, 베트남 법인은 독립기념일 휴무로 인하여, 자체적으로 월례회를 진행 할 예정입니다. 월례회는 국민의례 및 법인 별 우수 사원 시상을 하였으며, 이후 대표이사 월례사 순으로 진행 하였습니다.

 

김진우 대표이사는 월례사 서두에 추석 연휴 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있기 바란다는 말을 전하였으며, 지난 1월 시무식에서 이야기했듯이 올해는 삼광이 성장할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있음을 다시 한 번 강조 하였습니다. 베트남 및 인도 진출로 미래를 개척하기 위한 기회를 성공으로 이어 나가야 한다는 입장을 밝히며, 베트남 법인 설립 당시 불철주야 노력하여 단기에 안정을 시켜 고객사를 놀라게 했던 우리의 저력을 토대로 인도 진출 역시 많은 어려움이 따르겠지만, 이에 버금가는 노력을 하지 않으면 절대 이룰 수 없음을 강조하며, 다시 한번 똘똘 뭉쳐 성공 신화를 만들어 보자는 강한 동기부여를 하였습니다.

 

갈수록 어려워져 가는 국내 경영 환경 속에서 모든 기업이 어려운 상황에 처해 있으며, 생존을 위해 더 큰 노력이 필요 하다는 부분과 극심한 경기에도 이익 창출에 만전을 기해줄 것을 당부 하였으며, 삼광의 발전과 임직원들을 위해 더 지원하기 위해 항상 고민하고 있다는 말을 전하였습니다.


끝으로, 다가오는 추석 연휴 맛있는 음식과 함께 재충전의 시간을 가질 수 있기를 바란다는 인사를 다시 한번 전하며, 임직원들을 향한 애잔한 마음을 전하였습니다. 또한 어려운 경영 환경에도 임직원들을 생각하여 추석 상여금 지급을 결정하신 부분에 대하여 참석한 임직원들이 박수로 감사를 표하는 시간도 가졌습니다. 마지막 순서로 ‘기본에 충실하자’는 구호를 외치며 모든 임직원들이 각오를 다졌습니다. 월례회를 마친 후 대표이사는 임직원 한 명씩 모두 악수하며, 격려와 함께 월례회를 마무리하였습니다.

 

삼광 가족 모두 가족 친지들과 함께 한가위의 풍요로움과 즐거움을 나누시길 바라며, 새로운 도약을 위하여 힘차게 달려 나갈 수 있는 재충전의 시간을 보내고 오시기 바랍니다.
