(삼광NEWS)-9월 6일(금) 삼광에서는 매주 수, 금요일 일과 시작 전 환경정비의 날을 시행하여 환경정화 활동을 진행 하고 있습니다. 환경정비의 날은 매주 2회 사업장 내 부서별로 환경정화 담당 구역을 맡아 직원들의 손길이 자주 닿지 않는 위치를 중점적으로 청소하고, 주변을 정리정돈하는 활동이며, 보다 쾌적한 회사를 만들기 위해 직원들이 솔선수범하는 모습을 보였습니다.

 

본 활동을 통해 직원들은 오랜 시간 쌓인 먼지들을 구석구석 청소하면서 그동안 신경 쓰지 못했던 쾌적한 근무환경에 대한 중요성을 느끼는 계기가 되었으며, 소중한 일터를 스스로 가꾸어 가겠다는 각오를 다지기도 하였습니다.

 

작은 실천이 모여 큰 변화를 이룬다는 생각으로 우리의 소중한 일터를 우리 스스로 가꾸어 가는 문화를 유지 시켜 나갈 수 있도록 스스로들 움직이는 임직원들의 모습이 아름답습니다~
