삼광에서는 크리스마스를 맞이하여 임직원들에게 깜짝 파티와 시즌 케이크를 선물하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 본사 지하 강당에서 중식 시간에 마련된 깜짝 이벤트에 임직원들은 즐겁게 참여 하였습니다. 크리스마스 장식으로 한껏 분위기를 갖춘 행사장의 모습과 가득 울려 퍼지는 캐롤을 들으며, 모두들 즐거운 표정을 지었습니다. 또한 미리 준비된 음료와 다과를 나누며, 크리스마스 이브의 즐거움을 만끽하였습니다.

 

김진우 대표이사와 임원들이 산타 모자를 쓰고 행사장에 등장하여 크리스마스 분위기를 한껏 올렸으며, 임직원들에게 덕담을 통해 임직원들을 격려하였습니다.

 

대표이사는 빠르게 변화하는 글로벌 시장 상황과 경영환경에 맞춰 변화해야 한다는 회사의 현 상황에 대해 짧게 전하고, 무거운 얘기보다는 선대 회장님께서 크리스마스가 되면 자고 있을 때 양말 속에 몰래 넣어주신 선물을 보며 산타 할아버지를 믿었다는 순수했던 어린 시절의 크리스마스 추억 이야기로 잔잔한 웃음을 자아냈습니다.

 

임직원들에게 크리스마스를 맞아 가족들과 함께 뜻 깊은 시간을 보내기 바라고, 어린 자녀들에게 양말 속 선물을 통하여, 아이들에게 크리스마스의 추억을 만들어 주고, 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 보내기 바란다는 이야기로 마무리하였습니다. 이에 임직원들은 “메리 크리스마스~”를 외치며, 정겨운 인사로 화답하였습니다.

 

깜짝 파티를 마무리하며, 행사에 참석한 임직원들에게 대표이사는 한 명 한 명 케이크(시중가 43,000원)를 직접 전달하면서 크리스마스 인사와 함께 악수하였으며, 훈훈한 분위기로 마무리 되었습니다. 한편, 오토모티브 사업부에서는 3층 대회의실에서 정순백 대표와 박재철 이사가 직원들에게 케이크를 전달하며 크리스마스 인사를 나누었습니다.

 

삼광 임직원 모두 즐거운 크리스마스 되시고, 행복하고 따뜻한 연말연시 보내시기 바랍니다.
