지난 10일(금) 모바일사업부에 이어 오토모티브사업부의 주요 간부를 대상으로 ‘소통간담회’를 실시하였습니다. 이번 간담회도 별도로 시간을 할애하기 어려운 현실을 고려하여 중식 시간에 도시락 간담회로 시행하였으며, 본사 1층 접견실에 마련된 간담회에 참석한 팀장 및 포스트 간부들은 화기애애한 분위기로 담소를 나누며 즐거운 식사 시간을 가졌습니다.

 

주요 간부들은 이러한 자리를 함께 가지는 식사 시간에 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 부담 없이 마련된 자리에 자연스레 대화를 주고받으며 입담이 평소 궁금한 사항에 대해서 질문하거나, 애로사항을 건의하는 등 자유롭게 소통이 이루어졌습니다.

 

식사를 마친 후 여유롭게 음료를 즐기면서 진행된 간담회는 세대 간의 소통을 통한 ‘조직문화의 변화’에 포커스를 두었습니다. 여러 세대가 공존하기 위해서는 세대 간의 갈등을 해소하는 소통의 장이 마련 되어야는 의견에 목소리를 높였으며, 이를 통해 조직 문화의 변화할 때가 도래하고 있음을 인지하며 간부다운 모습을 보였습니다. 또한, 주 52시간 근무제 시행 방향으로 다양한 의견을 제시하며 직접/간접직 근무 시간 조정에 함께 고민하고 해결책을 마련하는 시간을 가졌고, 이슈가 되고 있는 직원 평가, 승진 등의 내용은 팀장 간의 토론을 통해 진행 상황을 되짚고 저마다 의견을 제시하며 대화의 장을 이어갔습니다. 경영지원팀장은 부서간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션으로 주고받은 건의 내용에 대하여 해결방안을 모색하고, 향후에도 소통의 장으로 현장의 목소리가 반영될 수 있는 시간을 만들겠다고 하며 간담회를 마무리하였습니다.

 

소통간담회를 통해 다양한 의견이 조직문화에 반영될 수 있기를 바랍니다.
