최근 코로나19 사태의 확산으로 마스크와 손 소독제가 필수품이 되어버렸습니다. 마스크 수요가 폭증해 전국에서 마스크 구입 대란이 벌어져 마스크 구입을 못해 어려움을 겪고 있는 가운데, 고객사인 삼성전자에서 귀한 선물을 당사에 보내왔습니다.

 

전국에서 마스크 품귀현상이 심각해 웃돈을 주고도 구입할 수 없어 어려움을 겪으며 시간을 보내던 중 고객사에서 보내온 귀하디 귀한 KF94 마스크 800장의 선물에 오랜만에 살 맛이 나는 기쁜 소식이라며 모두 좋아하였습니다.

 

이 귀한 선물을 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대해 고민하던 중 마스크를 구입할 수 없어 애를 태우고 있는 임직원들과 고루 나누자는 경영진의 제안을 적극적으로 실현하여 간단한 글과 함께 소량이지만 전 임직원들에게 마스크를 나누어 주었습니다.


확진자의 숫자가 하루하루 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있어 불안과 공포에 휩싸여 있는 나날이 연속되고 있는 가운데 모처럼 임직원들 얼굴에 웃음꽃이 만발한 하루가 되었습니다.

 

마스크를 받은 임직원들은 “이렇게 귀한 선물을 받게 되어 정말 감동이다” “요즘 같은 시국에 KF94 마스크 구하는 것은 하늘의 별 따기만큼 힘든데 너무 감사하다.”, “역시 삼성전자는 다르다.”, “마스크 주면 좋은 회사라던데, 우리 회사 참 좋다.” 등 기쁨과 감동의 다양한 반응을 보였습니다.

 

 

2월 27일(목)에는 중국 사업부에 물품 발송 시 거래 중인, 경기도 소재의 수출 전문 물류 업체인 사우스오션에서 대구 경북 상황을 보고 KF94 마스크 400장을 보내왔습니다. 

 

“최근 마스크 구입을 위하여 대형마트 앞에 엄청난 인파가 몰리는 진 풍경이 펼쳐지고 있다.”
