 지쳐가고 있는 직원들을 격려하기 위한
 화이트데이 이벤트 행사 진행”

쌀쌀한 3월의 이른 아침. 화이트데이를 앞두고 임원, 팀장들이 출근하는 직원들에게 정성스레 준비한 사탕과 귀한 마스크 선물을 전달하며, 코로나19 확산과 바쁜 업무로 몸과 마음이 지쳐있는 직원들에게 달콤한 화이트데이가 되길 바라는 마음과 어려운 현 상황을 함께 이겨내자는 취지로 작은 이벤트를 마련하였습니다. 임원과 팀장들은 체온 측정이 끝난 직원들에게 “힘 냅시다.” 라는 격려의 말과 함께 준비한 선물들을 나누어 주자 다소 쑥스러운 표정으로 고마움을 표현 하였지만, 사탕과 함께 전달 받은 것이 요즘 구하기 힘든 마스크라는 사실에 기쁨을 감추지 못했습니다.

 

행사를 준비하면서 Global 인사지원팀원들은 며칠간 늦은 시각까지 즐거운 마음으로 사탕 꾸러미와 마스크를 포장하고, 본 행사의 취지를 생각하며 하나하나 정성을 쏟았습니다.

코로나19가 확산되면서, 모두가 마스크를 착용하게 되었고, 언제 부턴가 사업장에서 웃음소리가 사라졌습니다.  매일 아침 체온측정에서 문제가 생기지는 않을까? 고열로 인해 출근 거부를 당하는 것은 아닐까? 만일 확진이 되면 어떻게 될까? 하는 불안한 생각과 현실이 우리 모두를 그렇게 만든 것 같습니다.

 

하루 빨리 코로나 상황이 종료되어, 마스크를 벗고 생활 할 수 있는 날이 오게 되기를 간절히 바라며, 우리 삼광의 모든 임직원들이 힘을 내어 ‘생동감' 넘치는 현장의 분위기를 하루 빨리 되찾았으면 하는 바람을 가져 봅니다.
