 매주 화, 목요일 특식 제공

 

코로나 상황이 지속되어 해갈될 실마리가 보이지 않은 채 장기화 국면에 접어들었고, 특정 국가에 국한된 상황으로 가벼이 여겼던 유럽과 미국 지역에까지 확산되어 코로나바이러스가 이제는 전 세계가 영향권에 들어 확진자의 숫자가 계속 증가되고 있습니다. 글로벌 시대를 가로막는 출입국 제한 조치는 물론, 경제, 스포츠, 교육에 이르기까지 모든 것이 멈춰버린 이 상황이 전 세계적인 경제공황으로 전개될 것이라는 추론이 지배적입니다.

 

우리 삼광은 다행스럽게도 코로나 상황 초기의 신속한 대처로 아직 확진자가 나오지 않고 있으며, ‘특별재난구역’으로 까지 선포된 경산지역에 위치해 있으면서도 꿋꿋하게 사업장을 방어하고 있습니다. 매일 출근 시 임직원들의 체온 측정은 물론, 실내외 방역, 재택근무 등 다소 과하다 싶을 정도의 예방활동을 적극적으로 시행하고 있습니다. 그리고, ‘힘들고 어려운 때일수록 잘 먹어야 한다’라는 대표이사의 지론을 반영한 특식 제공으로 임직원들의 만족도를 높여가고 있습니다.

임직원들의 특식 준비로 구슬땀을 흘리고 있는 식당 관계자들에게 비타민 음료를 전달하여 임직원들의 고마움을 표현하고 격려해주었습니다. 든든한 식사로 건강하고, 서로를 신뢰하며 이 위기를 해결해 나갔으면 좋겠습니다.
