“어려운 상황 속에서 임직원들의 자발적인 참여와
 노력에 감사드리며, 우리에게 닥쳐진 위기도
 지혜를 모아 잘 극복하도록 합시다.”


코로나 상황이 발생하여 기하급수적으로 확산되던 지난 2月부터 정부의 방역 지침인 ‘고강도 사회적 거리 두기’ 실천을 위하여, 매월 실시하던 월례회 진행을 해오지 못해오다, 코로나19 방역 활동에 대한 노고와 어려운 경영위기 상황을 잘 극복하자는 격려 차원의 월례회를 6월 1일 오전 10시에(한국 시간) 해외를 연결하여 진행하였습니다.


정부에서 권고하는 방역 수칙을 준수하여, 1m 간격 좌석 배치 및 체온 체크, 손 소독 등을 강당 입구에서 한번 더 실시하였으며, 참석자를 최소화하여 마스크를 모두 착용한 후 진행하였고, 식순도 최소화하여 국민의례, 코로나 극복 동영상 시청 및 대표이사 월례사 순으로 진행하였습니다.

삼광 임직원들의 코로나 극복 이야기를 스케치한 영상은 4개월이 넘는 시간 동안 여러가지 방역 활동과 노력을 통해 철저하게 어려운 상황을 극복해 온 5분 분량의 내용이었으며, 영상 종료 후 대표이사와 임직원들은 서로를 격려하는 박수로 화답하였습니다.


이어서, 곧바로 대표이사는 월례사를 통해 다시 한 번 코로나19 상황에 대한 임직원들의 대처를 격려하였고, 지속적인 관리로 항상 조심하고 긴장을 늦추지 말 것을 당부하였습니다. 또한, 코로나 상황 장기화로 전세계 모든 기업의 상황이 어려워졌지만, 우리 삼광은 ‘자신감을 가지되, 결코 자만해서는 안된다.’는 신념으로 위기를 기회로 삼아야 하겠다는 당부를 전하였습니다.


6월부터 베트남 법인의 물량이 소폭 증가 되는 것으로 예측 되나, 언제 어떤 상황이 발생할지 모르기 때문에, 철저한 대비가 필요한 부분과, 이 어려운 상황을 극복하기 위하여 단 돈 1원이라도 절감 할 수 있는 요소가 있는지 찾아서 임직원 모두가 합심하여 절약해 줄 것을 강조하였습니다.


마지막 순서로 ‘위기는 기회다.’를 구호로 제창하며, 6월 월례회를 마무리 하였습니다.
