"언어와 문화차이 극복, 타국에서의 생일파티"


현재 삼광 베트남 사업부에서는 인도 사업부 직원들이 인도공장 가동 준비를 위해 사전 OJT 교육을 실시 중에 있습니다. 멀리 인도에서 베트남까지 교육을 받고 있는 인도 직원들 중 생일을 맞이한 직원들에게 생일파티를 열어 다 같이 축하해 주었습니다. 베트남 사업부에서는 교육을 받는 기간 동안 언어의 장벽과 문화 차이를 극복하기 위해 주말에도 함께 시간을 보내는 등 인도 사업부 직원들이 추억과 삼광인으로써 긍지를 갖도록 많은 애정을 보였습니다.

 

코로나19 상황으로 예상보다 베트남에서 오래 머물러야 하는 인도 직원들에게 작은 즐거움을 주려고 노력하고 있습니다.

 

인도법인 품질 부서 라르마 로힛은 “코로나19로 인해 인도로 가는 날짜는 미뤄졌지만, 베트남 사업부에서 잘 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사하다. 베트남에서 해준 생일파티는 잊지 못할 것 같다.”라는 소감을 밝혔습니다.

또한, 국내에서는 폭염경보가 내려진 경산지역의 직원들이 더위를 이겨내기 위해 전사에 달콤한 아이스크림을 나눠주었습니다. 더운 날씨지만 시원한 아이스크림으로 힘을 충전하는 시간이 되었습니다. 직원들 모두 깜짝 아이스크림에 놀라며, 무더위에 지친 일상에 시원한 선물이 되었다며 즐거워하였습니다.
