“건전한 사내 문화를 위한 법정 의무교육”


㈜삼광은 법을 준수하고 임직원의 건강한 마인드와 올바른 기업문화를 조성하기 위해 법정 의무교육을 진행 중에 있습니다.


법정 의무교육은 사업장에서 주기적으로 실시하도록 법령으로 정한 교육을 말하며, 이번 교육은 ‘성희롱 예방교육’, ‘개인정보 보호 교육’, ‘장애인 인식 개선 교육’, ‘직장 내 괴롭힘 금지 교육’, ‘퇴직연금 교육’  5가지로 관련 법령, 문제 발생 시 처리 절차 및 기준, 피해자의 고충 상담 및 구제 절차 등의 내용을 교육받게 됩니다.


이번 법정 의무교육은 코로나 19 상황으로 온라인으로 진행 중입니다. 온라인 교육 진행 시 집중도가 떨어질 것이라는 우려와는 달리, 바쁜 업무로 인해 집체교육에 제대로 참여하기 힘든 단점을 보완할 수 있습니다. 또한, PC와 모바일 등 다양한 기기로 접속할 수 있어 개인 시간에 맞게 효율적으로 조절할 수 있는 장점으로 높은 수료율을 보이고 있습니다. 또한, 집체교육이 어려운 시기, 법정 의무교육 뿐 아니라 리더십, 직무 등의 임직원 역량 향상을 위한 언택트 교육 프로그램을 진행할 예정입니다.
