“제 8호 태풍 ‘바비’ 이렇게 대비하세요.”

 

역대 최강 수준의 바람을 동반한 제8호 태풍 ‘바비’가 26일 기준 제주 서귀포 서남서쪽 약 210km 해상에서 시속 19km의 속도로 올라오고 있습니다.


26일 밤부터 27일 사이 제주도와 전라 서해안의 최대 순간풍속은 47m/s, 그 밖의 서쪽 지역과 남해안의 최대 순간풍속은 35m/s가 될 것으로 예측되며, 전국에 걸쳐 영향을 줄 것으로 예보되는 만큼 비바람, 침수, 지반약화 등에 각별히 유의해야 합니다.


대구/경북 지역은 26일 오후부터 27일 아침까지 영향이 있을것으로 예상되며, 27일 새벽 가장 강하게 받을 것으로 예상 됩니다. 대구/경북도 강한 바람을 동반한 비가 내릴 것으로 예보되고 있으며, 예상 강수량은 30~100mm, 최대 순간풍속 20m/s의 강풍이 예상되고 있습니다.


 
■ 태풍이 오기 전에는
  ▷ TV, 라디오, 스마트폰 등 태풍의 진로와 도달시간 숙지하기
  ▷ 바람에 날아갈 위험이 있는 지붕, 간판, 창문, 출입문, 외부에 있는 물건 단단히 고정.
  ▷ 창틀과 유리 사이 틈이 없도록 보강하기(젖은 신문지 등 사용)
  ▷ 하수구나 배수구를 점검하고 막힌 곳 뚫기
  ▷ 침수, 산사태 위험 지역 주민은 대피/비상연락방법 숙지.
  ▷ 하천 근처에 주차된 자동차는 안전한 곳으로 이동 하기.
  ▷ 응급 약품, 손전등, 식수, 비상식량 등의 생필품 준비.
  ▷ 재난에 대비하여 지속적으로 관심 갖고 정비하기

■ 태풍 영향권 안에서
  ▷ 감전의 위험이 있으니 전기 수리 금지.
  ▷ 공사장 근처는 위험하니 가까이 가지 않기
  ▷ 건물 옥상, 지붕, 지하실, 하수도 맨홀 접근 금지
  ▷ 해안가, 상습침수 지역, 산간/계곡 등 위험지역 접근 금지
  ▷ 산사태가 일어날 수 있는 비탈면 근처 접근 금지
  ▷ 침수 예상 지하공간 주차 금지
  ▷ 차량 감속 운행 하기

■ 태풍이 지나간 후에는
  ▷ 가족, 지인의 안전 여부 확인
  ▷ 파손된 시설물 확인하고 신고하기
  ▷ 침수된 실내는 가스가 차 있을 수 있으니 환기 후 진입 하고, 전기, 가스, 수도시설은 전문 업체에 연락 후 사용
  ▷ 제방이 붕괴될 수 있으니 제방 근처에 가지 않기
  ▷ 바닥에 떨어진 전선 근처 접근 금지
  ▷ 태풍, 호우 피해 여부 확인하고 2차 피해 방지하기
