"삼광 베트남사업부 9월 생일파티"


삼광 베트남사업부에서는 근로자들이 열심히 일하는 것을 격려하기 위해서 다양한 복리후생제도를 지원하고 있습니다.
그중 매월 생일을 맞은 임직원들이 한자리에 모여 생일 파티를 열고 서로 축하하는 자리를 가지고 있습니다.


삼광 베트남사업부에서는 이번 9월의 생일을 맞은 임직원들을 위해 생일파티를 열었습니다. 회사식당에서 선물을 전달하고, 케이크와 생일 특식을 나눠 먹으며 서로 축하해 주는 자리를 가졌습니다.


 9월 생일의 주인공 사출파트 잔티트직원은 “회사에서 동료들의 생일축하에 감동을 받았다. 회사에서 직원들을 위해 다양한 방면으로 많이 신경 써주는 것 같아 감사하고, 열심히 일하는 것으로 회사의 배려에 보답하겠다.”는 소감을 밝혔습니다.


베트남 사업부는 생일파티 외에도 임직원들에게 보다 좋은 회사생활을 위한 다양한 아이디어를 모아 복리후생 프로그램을 강화해 나갈 계획입니다.
