“삼광의 변화와 비젼,
함께 생각해봅시다”


㈜삼광은 9월 22일, 경산 본사 대강당에서 계명대학교 김선일 특임교수를 초청해 ‘삼광, 함께 생각해 봅시다’ 라는 주제로 삼광의 변화와 혁신의 방향에 대한 특강을 가졌습니다.


이날 강연한 김선일 교수는 한국과학기술원(KAIST) 연구원을 시작으로 삼성전자 임원, 알티전자 부사장을 비롯해 대구 창조경제혁신센터 초대 센터장에 이르기 까지 산∙학∙연∙관 기반의 풍부한 경력이 있는 기업 혁신 전문가 입니다.


김선일 교수는 이번 특강을 통해 “혁신의 출발점인 ‘왜?’라는 의문이 한번으로 끝나서는 안된다.”며, 코로나로 인한 산업 과도기 게임 룰의 변화와 기회에 대해 설명했습니다. 또한 “삼광의 역량을 분석하고, 잠재력을 확대해야 한다”며, “이를 토대로 성장과 변화의 방향성을 확립하고 신사업 비젼을 도출해야 한다.”고 강조했습니다.


삼광 김진우 대표이사는 “지금 현재에만 매여 있으면 안되며, 시야를 넓히고 우리의 생각을 바꿔야 한다.”며, “우리의 강점은 더 키우고, 새로운 분야로의 확장을 통한 변화로 세계적인 기업으로 거듭나겠다.”는 소감을 밝혔습니다.


한편, 이날 특강은 대표이사 등 관리자 50명과 해외법인이 화상 시스템으로 참석했으며, 체온 측정과 손 소독 등 철저한 코로나 방역 수칙을 준수하며 시행되었습니다.
