1. 떵 반 타잉은 어떤 사람인가요? 간단한 자기소개 부탁드립니다.
안녕하세요. 삼광 베트남사업부 제조팀 조립파트 관리자로 일하고 있는 Đặng Văn Thành (떵 반 타잉)이라고 합니다. 저는 1987년 베트남 Hải Dương (하이즈엉)에서 태어났고, 삼광 입사 전 8년간 다른 회사에서 경력을 쌓았습니다. 이후, 2018년 7월 삼광에 입사하여 지금까지 근무하고 있어요.

2. 삼광에서의 역할이 무엇일까요?
저는 삼광 베트남 사업부 조립 관리를 책임지고 있습니다. 2018년 7월 입사 후 삼광 중국사업부에 파견되어 교육을 받았고, 2019년 3월부터 베트남사업부 조립의 관리자로 일하고 있습니다.

3. 삼광에 근무하며 특별히 기억에 남는 것이 있다면?
공정의 관리자로서 항상 공정 개선에 대해 고민하고 양산에 적용하는 등, 생산성 향상을 위해 노력하다 보니 우수 사원상도 여러 번 수상했던 것이 뿌듯하고 기억에 남습니다. 앞으로도 끊임없이 연구할 예정이에요.
그리고, 2019년에 개최했던 삼광 갓 탤런트, 삼광’s 컵 등 다양한 행사에 참석했던 것들이 기억에 남아요.

4. 개인 취미활동 혹은 스트레스 해소법이 궁금합니다.
저는 가족들과 여행을 가는 것이 취미이자 스트레스 해소 방법이에요. 여가 시간이 생기면 가까운 곳이라도 여행을 하려고 합니다. 작년에는 와이프와 아들과 같이 다낭 여행을 다녀왔어요. 코로나19가 빨리 끝나서 또 여행을 다니고 싶습니다.
