“추석 맞이 임직원 명절 선물 세트 지급”


9월 29일(화) 삼광은 임직원들에게 행복하고 따뜻한 명절을 보내라는 의미로 명절 선물을 준비하였습니다. 지원팀에서는 국내 및 해외 사업장 임직원들에게 명절 선물을 전달하였습니다. 지원팀 직원들은 명절 선물을 전달하면서 “즐거운 연휴 보내시고, 건강 조심하세요~” 라는 따뜻한 인사와 함께 어려운 시기에도 임직원들에 대한 대표이사의 애정과 관심이 담긴 뜻을 대신 전하였습니다.


삼광 임직원들은 “코로나19로 친지들을 만나러 가지 못해 명절 느낌이 나지 않았는데, 명절 선물세트를 받으니 명절 기분이 나는 것 같다.” 는 소감을 밝혔습니다.

중국사업부에서도 중추절을 맞아 ‘월병’과 선물을 준비하였으며 임직원들에게 전달 하였습니다. 임직원들은 회사에서 준비한 선물을 받았으며, 대표이사의 배려에 감사를 표하였습니다.


한편, 삼광은 이번 추석을 앞두고 소외계층 노인 가정을 방문해 쌀과소정의 생활 지원금을 전달하는 등, 매년 명절 지역 내 소외계층을 대상으로 다양한 사회 공헌활동을 지속해 오고 있습니다.


또한, 명절 선물과 보너스 지급, 해외법인 근무 임직원 가정 선물 배송, 임직원 대학생 자녀를 대상으로 장학금 수여식 행사를 진행하는 등 임직원을 대상으로 한 다양한 복리후생 활동을 진행했습니다. 


이처럼, 삼광은 코로나 19로 인한 경기침체 및 여러 힘든 상황 이지만 이럴 때 일수록 기업의 사회적 책임과 임직원들의 복리후생 및 건강을 중요시하는 김진우 대표이사의 방침에 따라, 회사 안팎으로 따뜻함을 전파하기 위해 다양한 활동을 전개해 나갈 예정입니다.
