“스마트팩토리 구축을 위한 현장 혁신 기본 특강 시행”


(주)삼광은 10월 13일, 경산 본사 대강당에서 경북창조경제혁신센터 강사를 초청해 ‘스마트팩토리 구축을 위한 현장 혁신 기본’을 주제로 8시간 특강이 진행되었습니다.


경북창조경제혁신센터는 2016년부터 ‘스마트팩토리 아카데미’를 운영 중이며, 국내 기업에 스마트팩토리 기술과 삼성의 제조 노하우를 전수하고 있습니다.


이번 교육 내용에는 공장의 기본 및 스마트팩토리 이해, 3정 5S, 패밀리혁신 활동 우수사례, 스마트공장 구축 사례 등으로 진행 되었습니다. 스마트팩토리는 설계·개발, 제조 및 유통·물류 등 생산과정에디지털 자동화 솔루션이 결합된 정보통신기술(ICT)을 적용하여 생산성, 품질, 고객만족도를 향상시키는 지능형 생산공장을 뜻합니다.


교육생들은 특강이 끝난 후 “혁신은 실천 의지가 가장 중요하고, 주변의 작은 것부터 변화가 시작된다는 사실을 다시 한번 생각하게 되었다.”며, “앞으로 스마트팩토리 구축을 통한 제조 혁신에 적극적으로 임하겠다.”는 소감을 밝혔습니다.


삼광은 성공적인 스마트팩토리 구축을 통해 제조 혁신을 도모하고, 향후 스마트팩토리 운영 및 발전시켜 나가기 위한 인재 양성 활동을 지속해 나갈 것입니다.


한편, 이날 교육은 관리자 50명과 해외법인이 화상 시스템으로 참석하였으며, 체온 측정과 손 소득 등 철저한 코로나 방역 수칙을 준수하며 시행되었습니다.
