“베트남사업부 여성의 날을 맞이하여 행사 진행”


베트남에서는 여성의 날이 3월 8일 ‘세계 여성의 날’과 10월 20일 ‘베트남 여성의 날’로 두 번의 여성의 날을 맞이한다고 합니다. 베트남의 여성의 날의 유래는 베트남의 호치민은 황금의 8자인 ‘Cần cù, Bất khuất, Trung hậu, Đảm đang’(영웅, 불굴, 성실, 인내)을 받은 여성들을 기려 10월 20일 ‘베트남 여성의 날’로 선정을 했다고 합니다. 베트남에서는 여성의 날에 보통 케이크나 꽃을 여성들에게 선물로 주는 문화가 있습니다.


삼광 베트남사업부에서도 여성의 날을 맞이하여 행사를 진행하였습니다. 여성 근로자에게 선물을 전달하고 맛있는 식사를 후에는 캔디를 전달하며 행사를 마무리 하였습니다.


여성의 날 행사에 참석하여 선물을 받은 직원들은 “매년 돌아오는 여성의 날이지만 회사에서 챙겨주셔서 감사하다. 선물도 받고 식사 후에 사탕도 받으니 더욱 행복한 날이었다.”며 감사를 표하였습니다.


베트남사업부는 여성의 날 행사 외에도 임직원들에게 보다 좋은 복리후생 제공을 위해 다양한 의견을 모아 프로그램을 강화할 계획입니다.
