“㈜영도벨벳 류병선 회장의 모성애 경영,
섬기는 리더십을 말하다.”


㈜삼광은 10월 27일, 경산 본사 대강당에서 ㈜영도벨벳 류병선 회장을 초청해 ‘모성 경영’을 주제로 특강을 가졌습니다.


이날 강연한 ㈜영도벨벳 류병선 회장은 1960년 영도섬유공업사를 설립한 이후, 일본·미국 등에서 수입하던 벨벳을 국산화한데 이어 세계시장으로 진출해 현재 벨벳시장 세계 점유율 1위를 차지하고 있습니다. 2000년부터는 LCD러빙포로 디스플레이 시장을 개척하며, 섬유소재 기업에서 IT소재기업으로 영역을 넓혔습니다.
특히, 자체 설립한 장학재단을 통해 약 1,000여명에게 장학금을 지급하는 등 사회공헌에도 앞장서고 있습니다.


류병선 회장은 이번 특강을 통해 영도벨벳의 60년 동안 겪어온 위기와 시련을 회사의 모든 직원들과 함께 의지와 열정으로 이겨내고, 섬기는 리더십을 실천하며 일류가 된 일대기를 풀어냈습니다.
또한, “감사할 줄 모르면 최고 경영자가 될 수 없다.”며, “서번트 리더가 누구십니까? 왕실을 마다하고 설상고행하신 부처님, 인류를 구원하기위해 십자가를 지신 예수님을 세계 인류가 따르는 것처럼 섬기는 리더가 되기 위해 항상 노력하겠다.”라는 말로 강의의 끝을 맺었습니다.


삼광 김진우 대표이사는 “60년 달려온 영도벨벳 이야기를 들으며 삼광의 47년을 다시 생각해 보게 되었다.“며, “삼광 가족들과 더 소통하는 스킨십경영을 통해 회사에서 할 수 있는 최선, 최대의 부분들을 해 나가야겠다.”는 각오를 말했습니다.
또한, “그동안 살아오신 길을 들려주시고 우리 삼광에 또 한번 생각할 수 있는 기회를 주신 류병선 회장님께 감사하다.”는 감사의 소감을 밝혔습니다.


마지막으로, 류병선 회장은 좋은 자리에 초대해 주신 삼광 김진우 대표이사와 임직원들께 감사하다며, 특강에 참석한 모든 삼광 임직원에게 영도벨벳 60년 장인기술이 담긴 벨벳 머플러를 선물하였습니다.

한편, 이날 특강은 대표이사 등 관리자 50명과 해외법인이 화상 시스템으로 참석했으며, 체온 측정과 손 소독 등 철저한 코로나 방역 수칙을 준수하며 시행되었습니다.
