“스마트팩토리 성공을 위한 도입전략”


㈜삼광은 11월 10일, 경산 본사 대강당에서 김진한 (前)경북창조경제혁신센터장을 초청해 ‘스마트팩토리 도입전략’을 주제로 특강을 가졌습니다.


이날 강연한 김진한 (前)센터장은 1983년 삼성전자에 입사해2014년 삼성전자 무선사업부 전무로 퇴사하기 까지, 32년간 삼성전자에 재직하며 광통신 분야의 성장을 이끌었으며, 2014년부터 2020년까지 경북창조경제혁신센터 센터장을 역임하는 등 오랜 기간 산업현장의 경험으로 중소 제조기업의 환경에 정통한 스마트팩토리 전문가 입니다.


김진한 (前)센터장은 강연에 앞서 삼광의 공정을 투어하며 간단한 현장 컨설팅을 진행했습니다.


이어서 진행한 강연에서, 4차 산업혁명과 스마트팩토리의 개념 및 필요성, 국가별 스마트팩토리 정책 동향, 정부의 스마트팩토리 보급 추진 정책, 스마트팩토리 보급 사례 및 도입 전략에 대해 설명했습니다.
또한, 스마트팩토리는 4차 산업시대 제조업의 핵심이며, 스마트팩토리 도입효과의 극대화를 위해서는 반드시 사전 기초 역량 강화 및 기본 제조시스템 구축이 필요하다고 강조했습니다.


삼광 김진우 대표이사는 “삼광은 스마트팩토리를 위한 활동을 어느 업체보다 먼저 시작했으나, 지속성이 없었으며 생활화 하지 않았던 것이 부끄럽다.”며, “우리가 3정5S 활동부터 다시 시작하고 있는데, 이번에는 강력하게 끝까지 해 나가겠다.”는 의지를 밝혔습니다.


한편, 이날 특강은 대표이사 등 관리자 50명과 해외법인이 화상 시스템으로 참석했으며, 체온 측정과 손 소독 등 철저한 코로나 방역 수칙을 준수하며 시행되었습니다.
