“빼빼로 나눔 행사 진행”


11월 11일(수) 삼광에서는 빼빼로데이를 맞이하여 이른 아침 출근하는 직원들에게 정성스레 준비한 빼빼로를 전달하는 행사를 가졌습니다.


장기화되는 코로나19와 바쁜 업무로 몸과 마음이 지쳐있는 직원들에게 빼빼로 데이를 맞아 달달한 하루가 되길 바라는 마음으로 작은 이벤트를 마련하였습니다.


Global 경영지원실 직원들은 준비한 꼬깔모자와 빼빼로 머리띠를 쓴 모습으로 아침 일찍 출근하는 임직원들에게 “감기 조심하세요.”라는 격려의 말과 함께 작은 웃음을 선사했습니다.


제조팀 이한검 대리는 “날씨가 많이 추워져서 다소 경직된 몸으로 출근했는데 회사 정문에서부터 밝은 모습으로 빼빼로를 나눠주는 동료들을 보고 웃을 수 있었다.”며, “이런 작지만 세심한 배려가 열심히 일할 수 있는 힘을 주는 것 같다.”는 소감을 전달했습니다.


이른 아침부터 직원들에게 빼빼로를 전달한 Global 경영지원실 권희종 사원은 “어제 빼빼로 머리띠를 만들며 준비할 때는 많은 직원들 앞에서 쓰기 부끄러울 것 같았는데, 막상 제가 준비한 작은 이벤트로 출근하는 직원들이 조금이나마 웃는 모습을 보니 뿌듯함을 느꼈다.”며, “앞으로도 활기차고 밝게 일할 수 있는 분위기를 만드는 것에 기여할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”는 뜻을 밝혔습니다. 


단순히 과자를 전달하는 일이 아닌 직원들간 따뜻한 격려와 응원의 메시지를 전달하는 뜻 깊은 날이 되었고, 작은 정성이지만 빼빼로를 받고 나누어 먹는 직원들에는 다시 업무에 매진할 수 있는 소소한 활력소가 될 수 있기를 기대합니다.
