1. 레 반 후언은 어떤 사람인가요? 간단한 자기소개 부탁드립니다.
안녕하세요. 삼광 베트남사업부 인사지원팀 관리자로 일하고 있는 Lê Văn Huân (레 반 후언)이라고 합니다. 저는 1982년 베트남 Bắc Giang (박장)에서 태어나서, 2018년5월 삼광에 입사하여 지금까지 근무하고 있습니다.


2. 삼광에서의 역할이 무엇일까요?
저는 삼광 베트남 사업부 인사 관리를 책임지고 있습니다. 근로자의 복지, 복리후생 프로그램과 인력 채용 활동을 관리하고 있습니다.


3. 삼광에 근무하며 특별히 기억에 남는 것이 있다면?
2년동안 베트남사업부에서 일하며 많은 행사가 있었습니다. 직원들을 위한 다양한 행사를 진행하거나 참석하는 것이 기억에 남아요. 특히 베트남사업부의 준공식과 초도 출하 기념 행사에 참석 했던 것이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 준공식을 했던 일이 얼마 안된 것 같은데 나날이 번창하는 베트남사업부를 보며 함께 하는 것이 너무 행복합니다.

4. 개인 취미활동 혹은 스트레스 해소법이 궁금합니다.
저는 가족들이나 동료들과 함께 여행을 가는 것이 취미이자 스트레스 해소 방법이에요. 여가 시간이 생기면 가까운 곳이라도 여행을 하려고 합니다. 작년에 인사팀 동료들과 다낭 (Đà nẵng) 여행을 다녀왔는데, 너무 좋았던 기억입니다.

5. 마지막으로 삼광 가족들에게 따뜻한 한마디
코로나19로 인해 많이 힘드실 텐데, 모든 임직원들이 한마음으로 뭉쳐서 코로나19를 이겨내고 발전하여 더욱 강한 글로벌 삼광을 만들 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 모두 건강 조심하세요.
