“서비스 디자인을 위한 Design Thinking“


(주) 삼광은 2021년 3월 24일(수) 경산 본사 강당에서 김승찬 (前)대구경북디자인센터 원장을 초청해 ‘서비스 디자인을 위한 Design Thinking’을 주제로 특강이 진행되었습니다.


이날 강연한 김승찬 (前)원장은 중앙대학교 제품 디자인을 전공하였으며, 중앙대학교 산업디자인 석사, 경희대 조형 디자인 박사 출신으로 현대전자 디자인 실장에 이어 팬택&큐리텔 디자인 본부장, 계원예술대 교수, 대구경북디자인센터 원장을 역임하였습니다. 또한, 디자인대상 공로부문 철탑산업 훈장과 경영부문 대통령 표창을 수상한 바 있는 국내 최고 디자인매니지먼트 선도주자입니다.


금일 강연의 주요 내용은 Design Thinking(디자인적 사고)를 주제로 시민 중심의 서비스 디자인 아이디어를 도출하기 위해 가져야 하는 사고와 현재 경제, 소비 활동에 따른 디자인 아이디어의 예에 대한 내용으로 진행되었습니다.


삼광 김진우 대표이사는 “생명유지를 위한 기본적인 욕구 충족을 위해 제품과 서비스를 사용하던 소비활동에서 단순 개인적인 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 변화한 소비활동에 맞춰 우리도 함께 변화해야 한다.” 며, “오늘 특강을 듣고 모두들 일반적인 사고방식에서 벗어나 창의적인 사고를 가지기 위해 노력하기를 바란다.”라는 소감을 밝혔습니다.


이번 강연을 들은 제조지원팀의 김형태 차장은 “항상 분석적 사고만 가지고 일했던 것 같은데 교육을 통해 다시 한번 직관적 사고에 대해 생각하게 된 것 같아 좋았다.”는 소감을 전하였습니다
또 개발품질팀의 김덕수 차장은 “창의적이고 독창적인 사고를 위해 소인원의 토론식 특강도 했으면 좋겠다”는 의견을 내었습니다.


한편, 이날 특강은 대표이사 등 관리자 30명이 참석했으며, 체온 측정과 손 소독, 마스크, 아크릴 칸막이 등 철저한 코로나 방역 수칙 준수 하에 진행되었습니다.
