“㈜삼광 일학습병행제 OT 진행”


㈜삼광은 금일 2022년 6월 29일(수), 한국산업인력공단에서 진행되는 일학습병행제 오리엔테이션이 진행되었습니다.


금번 일학습병행제 제도는 한국산업인력공단에서 진행하는 사업으로 대구대학교에서 수행하여 임직원들이 일과 함께 학습을 병행해 일학습병행 자격 및 자격증을 취득하는 교육 제도로, 1년간(22년 6월 29일 ~ 23년 6월 28일) 무상으로 진행되는 교육입니다. 


이에 ㈜삼광에서는 임직원들의 자기 개발과 역량 강화 및 사내 복지 증진을 위해 일학습병행제 제도를 진행하였으며, 총 약 30여 명의 임직원들이 교육 대상자로 선정되어 금일 오리엔테이션을 진행하였습니다.


㈜삼광에서는 품질경영_L3 과정을 훈련할 예정이며, 교육 과정으로는 자재구매관리, 사내/외 관리, 공정품질관리, 품질관리, 도면 분석, QM/QC 관리 등 OJT, OFF-JT 수업으로 진행될 예정입니다. 


또한 교육 과목 종료 시, 전체 시간의 80% 이상(600시간 중 480시간)을 참여하고 필수 능력 단위의 70% 이상을 이수할 시 일학습병행제를 최종 이수할 수 있습니다.


교육 과정에 참여하는 임직원 여러분 모두 성실히 학업에 임해 주시길 바라며, ㈜삼광은 앞으로도 임직원들의 역량 향상을 위해 다양한 지원 활동을 진행할 것입니다.
