“변화관리를 위한 1차 교육 진행”


지난 2022년 11월 11일(금)부터 11월 12일(토), ㈜삼광 직원들이 1차변화 관리 교육에 참여하였습니다. 


금번 변화 관리 교육은 조직문화를 이해하고 스스로 변화하여 혁신을 주도할 수 있도록 변화관리 실행력을 기르고 리더십 교육을 통해 직원들의 업무 성과 능력을 향상시키기 위해 진행되었습니다. 


교육 참여 대상은 총 118여 명으로 매니저, 프로, 임원급이 참여하였으며, 2022년 12월 10일(토)까지 총 4차례에 걸쳐 인원을 나누어 진행될 예정으로 금번 교육은 1차 시에 해당되는 교육이었습니다.


교육 내용으로는 변화의 필요성(생존을 위한 변화 방향, 혁신 성공사례 학습, 일의 가치에서 시작하는 변화), 조직구조(소통의 필요성, 협력 기법), 협력 강화(성과 달성 및 협업을 위한 스킬), MZ세대와 협업하기, 탁월한 리더 도약을 위한 교육 등이 진행되었습니다. 


교육에 참여한 직원들은 “현재 삼광에서 매니저 직급은 흔히 말하는 X세대와 MZ세대 사이의 ‘낀세대’라고 할 수 있는데, 저희 같은 ‘낀세대’가 중간 역할을 잘한다면 조직문화 내 원활한 소통에 가장 큰 힘이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각합니다. 평소 이론적인 교육이 아닌 각 조를 정하여 직접적인 이야기를 하고 간단한 게임을 통해 협동하며 2일이었지만 즐겁고 다른 팀 분들과 소통할 수 있는 계기가 되었던 것 같습니다.”라는 소감을 전달하였습니다.


금번 교육은 앞으로 총 3차례 추가 진행될 예정이며, 다음 교육에 참여하는 임직원분들은 적극적으로 교육에 참여하여 주시길 바랍니다.


㈜삼광은 임직원들의 변화를 위해 실질적인 교육을 진행하는 등 다양한 프로그램을 적극 지원하겠습니다.
