2023년 2월 21일(화), 삼광윈테크에서 MES 교육 및 미팅이 진행되었습니다.


금번 교육 및 미팅은 MES 업체 개발자와 부서별 MES 관리자들이 함께 진행되었으며, 직원들의 현장 생산관리 효율성과 활용도 상승 및 프로그램 개선을 위해 진행되었습니다.


교육은 순서는 삼광 윈테크 사출, 조립, 제조지원, 품질, 도장 순으로 진행되었습니다.  


직원들은 MES 프로그램 사용 시, 발생했던 시스템 오류 및 개선 사항과 공정 프로세스에 대해 질의하였습니다. 

특히 공정별 생산 현황 모니터링, 품목별 수불, 재고관리에 대해 질문하는 등 추후 개선이 필요한 사항에 대해 함께 논의하였습니다..


직원들은 “평소 MES를 사용하고 있지만, 사용하며 보이는 문제점들과 개선 사항들이 있었습니다. 이번 미팅을 통해 개발자 분에게 평소 궁금했던 점과 개선 사항들에 대해 직접적으로 질의할 수 있어 MES 활용도를 높이는데 도움이 되었습니다. ”라는 소감을 전달하였습니다. 


두 번째 교육 및 미팅은 2023년 3월 개발, 금형, 영업, 구매팀 순으로 진행될 예정입니다. 

 

㈜삼광 직원 여러분 모두 현재 사용하고 있는 MES를 적극 활용하여 관리 효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 노력해 주시길 바랍니다.
