지난 2023년 3월 2일(목), 삼광 본사 지하 강당에서 삼광 윈테크 위기극복 및 2023년 목표 달성 설명회를 진행하였습니다. 


금번 설명회는 윈테크 사업부장 김영호 상무와 삼광 윈테크 제조지원/구매영업팀의 이영제 프로가 진행하였으며, 약 50여 명의 직원들이 참여하였습니다.


설명회는 2022년 트렌드를 분석하고 2023년 매출 계획과 추진 방향에 대한 주제로 진행되었습니다.


2022년 매출 분석으로는 근무일 수에 따른 매출 현황, 금형 개발(가동일 수 교체 현황), 설비 개조 및 사용 현황, 협력 업체 관리, 각 공정 실패비용 등을 분석하였습니다.


2023년 대책 방안 및 목표로는 2022년 매출 분석과 각 공정의 실패비용 발생 원인 분석을 통한 제조 생산 10% 개선, 품질 실패비용 50% 절감, 물류(내/외부) 손실 최소화, MES 활용을 통한 인적 손실 절감, 불리한 인프라 손실 최소화에 대한 5대 손실 과제를 발표하였습니다.


끝으로 직원들은 한마음 한뜻으로 파이팅을 외치며 금번 설명회를 종료하였습니다.


삼광 전 임직원 여러분 모두 삼광이 앞으로 나아갈 방향으로 각자의위치에서 2023년 매출 달성을 위해 노력해 주시길 바랍니다.
