2023년 7월 3일(월) 오전 11시 30분, 2023년 7월 월례회가 진행되었습니다.

금번 월례회는 본사 대강당에서 관리자들의 참석 하에 베트남, 중국, 인도, 기술연구소의 화상 연결을 통해 진행되었습니다.

식순으로는 국민의례, 경영방침 및 행동강령 복창, 대표이사 월례사, 구호제창(자동화 강화와 실패비용 최소화로 위기를 극복하자) 순으로 진행되었습니다.


지난 6월 베트남사업부 신사무동 입주 기념식에 대한 안내를 진행하였습니다.

베트남사업부 신사무동은 대표이사실, 사업부장실, 인사총무지원팀, 재경팀, 제조지원/구매영업팀 및 5개의 미팅룸으로 구성되어 있으며, 

입주 기념식에는 내/외빈을 비롯한 임직원 70여 명이 참여하였음을 전달하였습니다.


6월 우수사원은 추천을 진행하였으나 각 사업부별 기준에 부합하는 우수사원이 없어 대상자가 없음을 전달하였습니다.


월례사에서 김진우대표이사님은

“6월 말 정들었던 우리 가족들을 잃었습니다.

여러분들을 대신해서 나갔던 가족들을 조금이라도 생각한다면

앞으로 이런 일이 두 번 다시 되풀이되지 않도록 서로 노력하여 만전을 기합시다.

삼광 가족들을 모두 책임질 수 있도록 물량을 확보하여 같이 살아남을 수 있길 바랍니다.

더위가 지속되고 있으니 건강에 유의하시고 좋은 성과가 있도록 앞으로도 열심히 업무에 임해 주시길 바랍니다.”

라는 말씀을 하셨습니다.
