지난 2023년 7월 28일(금), Global영업부문 김종두대표님이 인도사업부를 방문하였습니다.


금번 방문은 지난 2023년 7월 25일(화) 베트남사업부 현장 경영에 이어 두 번째로 진행된 현장 경영으로 인도사업부의 경영 현황 파악 및 현장 경영을 위한 방문이었습니다.


현장 경영에 참여한 인원은 Global영업 부문 김종두대표, 인도사업부 각 팀 관리자 30여 명이 참여하였습니다.


현장 점검은 금형, 사출, MCT, 도장, 증착, 조립 순으로 진행하였으며, 특히 자동화 가동율 최대화 및 운영인력 교육 강조를 위해 조립 자동화 라인을 재방문하였습니다. 

그 외 3정 6S 및 생산/설비 현황 등에 대해 점검하였습니다.


현장 경영 시 김종두대표님은 “2년 만에 전체적인 공정이 많이 안정되어 있는 걸 보니 주재원들의 노력과 열정을 엿볼 수 있었습니다. 금일 현장 점검에서 나온 사항들에 대해서는 더 좋은 개선 방안을 찾아 개선 활동을 지속해 주시길 바랍니다.”라는 말씀을 하였습니다.


현장 경영 이후 인도사업부는 현장 경영 시 발생한 문제점들에 대해 단계별 개선해 나갈 예정입니다.
