인도 사업부 도장파트를 소개합니다~ Author사내기자(박송희) Date2024.05.16 Hit290





안녕하세요. 인도 사업부 제조팀 도장 파트입니다.

현재 저희 도장 파트에는 한국인 관리자 2명, 현지 직원 45명으로 구성되어 많은 인원이 한 팀에서 근무하고 있습니다.

저희 파트는 주로 사출물에 색상을 입히는 업무를 하고 있으며,

다양한 제품들에 코팅, 인쇄, 마킹을 하는 업무도 함께 하고 있습니다.





저희 파트의 하루는 3정 6S와 안전 구호를 외치며 시작합니다.

특히 도장 공정은 공정 환경이 수율과 생산성에 미치는 영향이 크기 때문에 3정 6S 활동이 매우 중요합니다.

활동 내용은 부스실 내/외부, 전기 판넬 청소, 도장 재료 및 장비 관리 등이 있습니다.




직원 1명이 오토바이를 타고 오다 소를 피하면서 사고가 났습니다. 인도는 소를 신성시 여기는 나라이기 때문에 길에서 소를 보면 무조건 피해 가야 합니다.

그 직원이 꽤 다쳤다는 소식을 처음 들었을 때 팀원들 모두 매우 걱정했어요.

하루빨리 쾌유하기를 바라고 있습니다.





인원이 많은 팀은 직원들이 같은 팀에 있어도 각자의 업무에 따라 조금씩 그룹이 나뉘기 마련인데, 저희 파트는 모두 잘 지내는 편입니다.

특히 현장에서 일손이 부족하면 따로 지시가 없어도 서로 도우며 업무를 하고 있어요.

팀 내 개인적 성향이 강하고 단절이 되어 있으면 일손이 부족하거나 어려운 일이 발생했을 때 그 일은 그 업무 담당하는 사람의 영역이라 생각하고 신경 쓰지 않는 사람들도 있지만 저희 파트 직원들은 서로 도우며 업무를 하고 있습니다.



목표 수율을 달성하고 모두 건강하게 일하기입니다.

중요한 목표들이 많지만 어쨌든 건강이 최고라고 생각합니다.

건강해야 뭐든 할 수 있고 이룰 수 있으니까요!




앞서 말했듯 삼광 직원분들 모두 건강하시길 바랍니다.

한국도 요즘 날씨가 덥다고 하는데 더위 조심하시길 바랍니다.

올해 벌써 반년이 다 되어 갑니다.
