안녕하세요. 현재 삼광 본사 식당에 근무하고 있는 박지우 영양사라고 합니다.

전 영양사라는 직업을 가져서 그런지 건강과 식단에 관심이 많고 평소 운동하는 것을 너무 좋아합니다!

특히 운동을 통해서 하루의 스트레스를 해소하는 것이 인생의 큰 즐거움 중 하나입니다.




호기심에 식품영양학과에 진학했고 현장실습을 통해서 흥미를 느껴 영양사라는 직업을 선택하게 되었습니다.

영양사가 되어 제가 구성한 식단으로 직원분들이 맛있게 식사하시는 모습을 보며 일에 큰 보람을 느끼면서 한 해 한 해 보낸 같아요.

(영양사 일을 한 지 벌써 8년 차에 접어들었네요!)






선호도를 가장 먼저 생각합니다. 

물론 매주 식단 구성을 하면서 다양하고 신선한 식재료를 이용하여 균형 있는 건강한 한 끼를 챙겨드리고자 노력하지만, 직원분들이 식사를 남기지 않고 맛있게 드시고 가는 것에 좀 더 초점을 두고 있습니다.

그래서 선호도가 높은 위주의 메뉴와 건강한 메뉴를 적절히 섞어 제공하고 있어요. (^^)




각종 매체에서 나오는 유행 레시피와 신메뉴들을 다 도전하고 싶어요!

하지만 아무래도 사업장 환경이나 인력, 또 고객분들 성향에 따라 호불호가 갈릴 수 있기 때문에 최대한 거부감 들지 않는 선에서 변형하거나 다른 곳에서 반응이 좋았던 음식들 위주로 메뉴 선정을 하고 있어요. 

계획 중인 것 중 생각나는 건 여름을 앞두며 보양식으로 길경탕과 새로운 레시피의 고기 메뉴들을 계획 중입니다.




“맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다~”라는 말씀을 해주시는 분들이 꽤 계신데 그 말을 들을 때 제일 기쁩니다.

늘 ‘어떻게 해야 맛있게 드실까’ 고민을 많이 해요.

그래서 “맛있게 잘 먹고 갑니다~”라고 해주시는 날에는 그날의 고민과 힘든 부분들은 다 잊혀지고 칭찬받은 하루로 기억 남습니다.

또 이 칭찬으로 더 열심히 하게 되고요!
