안녕하세요. 인도 사업부 제조팀 조립 파트입니다.

지난번에 팀 소개를 하였는데, 이번에는 저희 파트의 아침 일상을 보여드리고자 합니다.

우선 조립 파트의 아침은 안전 구호와 함께 시작됩니다. 

안전사고를 사전에 예방하기 위해 매일 아침 작업 시작 전 모든 직원이 모여 힘차게 구호를 제창하고 3정 6S 활동 후 하루를 시작합니다.



조립 파트의 3정 6S 활동은 현장에서부터 시작됩니다.

저희는 작업 시작 전 설비들의 작동 점검과 주변 시설 정리 및 청소를 하고 휴식 시간에도 작업 공간 및 설비의 먼지를 틈틈이 제거하여 라인을 항상 청결한 상태로 유지하기 위해 노력합니다. 

또 매니저들과 점검 시간, 담당 구역을 지정하여 주기적으로 상태를 점검하는 등 부족한 부분들을 지속 개선해 나가고 있습니다.




작년까지는 3정 6S에 대한 직원들의 인식 개선에 집중하였습니다.

2024년 올해부터는 현지 직원들 위주의 디테일한 관리를 진행하고 있습니다. 

특히 체크 시트 개선, 설비 내/외부의 디테일한 관리를 교육하고 보다 향상된 3정 6S 관리를 목표로 활동하고 있습니다.




직원들의 3정 6S에 대한 인식이 정말 많이 개선되었습니다.

3정 6S 활동이 비용을 절감하고 효율성 증가에 효과가 있다는 것을 직원들 스스로도 깨닫게 된 것 같습니다.

특히, 이전에는 대부분 지시로 활동을 하였는데 이제는 습관화되어 개선점을 직접 찾아가는 모습이 정말 큰 변화인 것 같습니다. 


 

조립 공정의 특성상 넓은 현장과 수 백, 수십만 개의 설비와 제품이 쉼 없이 운영되고 있습니다.

처음에는 3정 6S 활동에 부담이 있었는데, 직원들과 함께 꾸준히 활동하여 습관화가 되고 나니 현장이 점점 깨끗해지고 각종 운영 Loss도 감소했음을 느끼고 있습니다.

앞으로도 더욱 개선점을 찾아 비용 절감과 효율성 확장을 위해 노력하겠습니다.

오늘도 인도 삼광 조립의 하루는 3정 6S로 시작합니다. ^^
