㈜삼광에서 개선 제안이 진행되고 있습니다.


금번 개선 제안은 직원들의 개선 아이디어 제안을 통해 창의적이고 혁신적인 문화를 조성하며, 업무 효율성을 향상시키는 등 기업의 지속적인 발전을 위해 진행되는 개선 제안입니다.


현재 개선 제안은 전 직원이 참여하고 있으며, 매월 1개씩 그룹웨어 각 법인 게시판에 업로드되고 있습니다.


제안한 개선들 중 창의적인 아이디어와 비용 절감에 공을 기여한 개선들은 매월 월례회 시 우수사원으로 선정되어 수상 및 포상을 진행하고 있습니다.


앞으로도 ㈜삼광은 직원들의 아이디어를 존중하고 개선이 필요한 부분들을 지속적으로 보완하여 모두가 함께 성장하는 회사를 만들어 나갈 수 있도록 노력할 것입니다.
