㈜삼광, 임원 리더십 강화 교육 진행 Author사내기자(박송희) Date2024.06.10 Hit487



2024년 6월 10일(월), 오후 2시부터 5시까지, ㈜삼광 임원 교육이 진행되었습니다.


금번 교육은 지난 2024년 2월, 4월에 진행된 임원 및 팀장 교육에 이은 3차 교육으로, 임원 리더십 강화를 통해 팀의 효율성을 높이고   협력적인 조직 문화를 조성하기 위해 진행되었습니다.

 

교육은 MJ 글로벌리더십코칭 현미정대표가 진행하였으며, 삼광 임원 총 6명이 참여하였습니다.


진행 순서로는 그라운드 룰, 함께 연결하기, 임원 리더십 팀의 강점 및 가치, 팀 미션 다중 이해관계자 계약 등으로 진행되었습니다.


실습은 총 9가지 질문(삼광 비전, 삼광 임원 리더십의 MISSION, 강점 및 가치, 현재와 미래 고객이 필요한 것, 고객의 조직과 이해 당사자가 필요한 것, 우리가 필요한 것, 후세와 생태환경이 필요한 것, 서로에게 필요한 것)에 직접 답변을 작성하며 발표를 토대로 진행하였습니다.


이에 강점 및 가치 실습 중 “호기심이라는 강점은 어떤 일이든 한 번 더 생각하게 만드는 강점인 것 같습니다. 작은 일이라도 호기심이 있어야 관심을 가지고 관심을 가져야 한 번 더 들여다보게 된다 생각합니다.”라는 발표를 하였습니다.


교육을 마친 임원은 “현재의 삼광과 미래의 삼광을 그려보고 우리의 강점이 무엇인지, 어떤 가치를 지향해야 하는지 고민하였으며 지금 당장 직원과 고객, 협력사를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자에게 어떤 미래를 보여 줄 것이며 그러기 위해 지금부터 우리가 무엇부터 시작해야 하는지 고민해 보는 소중한 시간이었습니다.”라는 소감을 전달하였습니다.
