2024년 직업교육 혁신지구 소양캠프 참여 Author사내기자(박송희) Date2024.06.11 Hit499



지난 2024년 6월 5일(수), ㈜삼광 Global 인사총무지원팀 인사파트 및 삼광윈테크 제조팀 금형파트 직원이 팔공산 평산아카데미에서 진행된 직업교육 혁신지구 소양캠프에 참석하였습니다.


직업교육 혁신지구 사업은 경상북도 교육청에서 주관하는 사업으로, 고졸 기술인재 양성과 미래기술 개발 및 직업계고 학생들의 취업 활성화를 위한 사업입니다.


이에 삼광윈테크는 지난 2023년 8월부터 우수 인재 선발 및 양성을 위해 지원 사업에 참여하였으며, 금번 소양캠프는 사업에 참여하는 학생들과 만나 회사소개 및 질의응답 시간을 갖기 위해 참여하였습니다.


진행 순서로는 비전 설정 및 경력관리, 이미지메이킹 및 비즈니스매너, 기업별 인사담당자 교육, 아이스브레이킹, 직장생활 커뮤니케이션, 팀워크 강화프로젝트 순으로 진행되었습니다.


㈜삼광 Global 인사총무지원팀 인사파트 직원은 학생들을 대상으로 회사소개를 진행하였으며, 삼광윈테크 제조팀 금형파트 직원은 학생들과 Q&A 시간을 가졌습니다.


Q&A를 진행한 직원은 “이런 큰 자리에서 발표하는 건 처음이라 많이 떨리고 긴장되었는데, 인사 팀장님이 잘 도와주시고 학생들도 제 발표를 집중하여 들어줘서 안심되었습니다. 이번 캠프 활동을 통해 혁신지구 사업에 참여하는 학생들의 회사 생활에 큰 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람입니다.”라는 말을 전달하였습니다.


이어 학생들은 회사 복지, 주변 환경, 업무 난이도 등에 대한 질문을 하였습니다.


끝으로 직원들은 학생들의 성장과 기업 내 적응을 응원하며, 단체 사진 촬영을 하였습니다.
