최강 삼광 풋살팀입니다.

동호회 이름을 생각했을 때 생각나는 대로 바로 지었습니다.


 



첫 시작은 삼광윈테크 제조팀 내 조립 파트와 사출 파트의 자존심 대결에서부터 시작했습니다.

“누가 더 공을 잘 차나!”에서 시작됐다고 보시면 됩니다.

시작은 약 두 달 정도 전부터 시작했습니다.

사실 사내 동호회가 약 5년 전에 있었는데, 어느 순간부터 사라졌어요.

내기로 시작했지만 팀워크, 친목 목적을 두고 자체 부활했습니다.




일단 인원수를 약 30명 정도로 늘리는 게 목표입니다.

아직은 인원수가 17명 정도라 풋살장을 빌려서 하고 있는데, 빨리 인원을 늘려서 축구장에서 축구를 해보고 싶습니다.

(대회를 나가기에는 아직 무리가 있어요.. )

 

 



현재 멤버는 17명 정도 참여하고 있고 

주 1회(매주 수요일) 오후 8시부터 10시까지 하고 있습니다.


 



너무 강한 승부욕 금지, 싸움 금지, 3회 불참 시 레드 카드

이렇게 세 개 정도 있습니다.

세 개 중에 가장 중요한 건 ‘너무 강한 승부욕 금지’입니다.

운동을 하다 보면, 승부욕 때문에 감정이 격해질 때가 있습니다.

저희 풋살팀은 축구를 이기냐, 지느냐가 아니라 함께 한다는 것에 의미를 둔 풋살팀이기 때문에 너무 강한 승부욕은 금지입니다.

건강이 제일 많이 좋아졌습니다.

운동을 하고 안 하고의 차이가 큰 거 같아요.

물론 처음에 시작했을 때는 피곤함이 컸는데, 그래도 땀 한 번 흘리고 나면 개운하기도 하고 장기적으로 봤을 때 체력이 늘어서 업무 보는 시간에도 체력적으로 덜 힘든 것 같아요.

그리고 팀원들을 회사에서 업무적으로만 보다가 다르게 만나니 더 친해진 것 같고 팀 분위기도 좋아지는 것 같습니다.
