2024년 6월 5일(수), WACOM의 SCM 총괄 팀장과 직원 2명이 베트남 사업부를 방문했습니다.


이번 방문은 양사의 협력 관계를 공고히 하고 향후 비즈니스 전략을 논의하기 위한 중요한 자리였습니다.


베트남 사업부에서는 송종득 사업부장을 비롯해 개발팀과 제조지원/구매영업팀 임직원 7명이 참석했습니다.


방문 일정은 라인 투어와 미팅으로 구성되었습니다.


◇ 라인 투어

라인 투어는 조립, 사출, 도장, MCT 순으로 이루어졌습니다. 

WACOM 직원들은 제조 공정의 각 단계를 세밀하게 살펴보며 베트남 사업부의 생산 과정을 깊이 이해하는 기회를 가졌습니다. 

이를 통해 양사는 더 나은 협력의 기틀을 마련할 수 있었습니다.


◇ 미팅

미팅에서는 최근 중국 경쟁사들의 시장 진출에 대응하기 위한 전략이 논의되었습니다. 

특히, 제조 산업의 지속 가능성과 재활용 소재의 중요성에 대한 심도 있는 대화가 이어졌습니다.


WACOM 측은 “지속 가능성은 현재 제조 산업의 핵심 트렌드입니다. 재활용 소재의 중요성이 커지는 만큼, 환경 보호와 경제적 이익을 동시에 추구할 수 있는 방향으로 나아가고자 합니다. 앞으로 베트남 사업부와의 협력을 통해 동반 성장을 이룰 수 있기를 기대합니다.”고 말했습니다.


이번 방문을 통해 WACOM과 베트남 사업부는 더욱 굳건한 협력 관계를 구축하고, 지속 가능한 미래를 위한 전략을 함께 고민하는 계기가 되었습니다.
