2024년 6월 27일(목) 오후 1시 30분부터 5시까지, ㈜삼광 임원 시스테믹 팀 코칭이 진행되었습니다.


금번 교육은 지난 6월 10일(월)에 진행된 교육으로, 6명의 임원이 참여하였습니다.


시스테믹 팀 코칭은 팀의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 팀에 속한 시스템(조직 전체, 이해관계자, 외부 환경 등)을 고려하여 접근하는 것으로 단순히 팀 구성원의 개인적 성장을 목표로 하지 않고 팀이 조직 내에서 더 효과적으로 기능하도록 지원하는 것입니다.

  

실습은 지난 실습 내용과 이해관계자 인터뷰를 토대로 진행되었으며, 회사 SWOT 분석 등으로 진행하였습니다.


교육을 마친 임원들은 “지난 과제가 이해관계자 인터뷰 였는데, 직원들이 회사에 하고 싶은 이야기를 들을 수 있는 계기가 되었습니다. 또 우리 회사의 SWOT를 작성하며 새로운 시각으로 논의를 할 수 있었습니다. 기존 삼광에서 새로운 삼광으로 변화해 가기 위해 앞으로 무엇이 필요한지 구체적으로 고민할 수 있어 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.”라고 말하였습니다.
