지난 2024년 6월 25일(화), 삼광윈테크에서 현대자동차 협력사로서 의무적으로 시행해야 하는 소방안전 점검이 진행되었습니다.


점검은 자동차부품산업진흥재단 직원들과 ㈜삼광 Global 인사총무지원팀 직원들이 참여하였습니다.


점검은 외곽 집진기 설비 현장 및 도장 공정을 위주로 진행되었습니다.


◇ 점검 항목

위험물 : 위험물 관리체계 및 인허가/안전관리, 건축물 구조, 부속설비

전기 : 전선 열화 및 노후 상태, 개폐기, 차단기, 콘센트 관리

가스 : 정압기, 기화기, 가스용기, 가스 누설 자동 차단장치 관리

화기 : 흡연 관리, 화기 시설 설치 상태

도장 : 도장 작업장 설계, 위험 사항, 환기 및 배기 설비 여부 등 


점검 결과 자동식 소화장치 및 흡연장 관리 항목에 우수 사례로 선정되었으며, 위험물 저장소 전선관 밀봉 장치 미설치 및 도료 공급실 미접지 등에 대한 권고 조치 요청을 받았습니다.


삼광윈테크는 이번 점검 결과를 토대로 향후 소방 안전 관리 체계를 더욱 강화하고 권고 사항에 대한 즉각적인 조치를 취하여 안전한 작업 환경을 유지하기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
