지난 2024년 7월 17일(수), 베트남 사업부에 비즈니스 협업 방안 논의를 위해 KERSEN 기업 임직원 6명이 방문하였습니다.


KERSEN 기업은 2010년 설립된 정밀 금속 제조 및 서비스 전문 기업으로 핸드폰 부품, 의료 기기 부품, 자동차 부품 등을 제조하는 기업입니다.


이에 베트남 사업부에서는 베트남 사업부 송종득 사업부장, Global 신사업부 최진영 상무, 개발팀, 품질팀, 제조지원/구매영업팀 직원 총 5명이 참석하였습니다. 


일정은 회사소개, 라인투어, 미팅으로 구성되었습니다.


◇ 회사소개

회사 소개는 베트남 사업부 레이아웃 및 보유 캐파 등에 대해 설명하였습니다.


◇ 라인 투어

라인 투어는 조립, 사출, 도장, MCT 순으로 이루어졌습니다. 

KERSEN 임직원들은 모든 공정에 관심을 가지며 다양한 질문을 하였습니다.

공정 중 자동 외관 검사, 조립 라인 자동 물류 이동 설비, 사출 다이케스팅 제품, 인서트 등을 위주로 투어를 진행하였습니다.

특히, 인서트 몰딩 투어 중 “인서트 몰딩은 정말 기술력이 우수해야 하는데 직접 눈으로 보니 삼광의 설비 및 기술력이 뛰어나다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다.”라는 소감을 전달하였습니다.


◇ 미팅

미팅에서는 삼광과 KERSEN의 추후 협업 방안 논의가 진행되었습니다.

특히, 가동률과 추후 경쟁력에 대한 심도 있는 대화가 이어졌습니다.

KERSEN 임직원들은 “앞으로 함께 노력하여 서로의 가동률을 더 높일 수 있도록 노력합시다.”라는 말을 전달하였습니다.
