인도 사업부, 시사출 대회 진행 Author사내기자(박송희) Date2024.08.02 Hit482



지난 2024년 7월 26일(금), 인도 사업부 제조팀 사출파트에서 시사출 대회가 진행되었습니다.


금번 대회는 직원들의 사기진작 및 업무 동기부여, 팀워크 및 기술력 강화를 위해 진행되었습니다.


대회는 김진우 대표이사님을 비롯하여 김영관 사업부장 및 주재원, 사출 1,2팀이 참여하였습니다.


대회 진행은 금형 상치부터 제품 생산, 치수 측정 작업까지 진행하였으며, 더 빠른 작업 시간 내 높은 완성도를 갖춘 1팀이 우승하였습니다.


1팀은 대회 우승을 기념하며, 1인 당 1,000루피의 상금을 지급 받았습니다.


대회를 끝마치며 김진우 대표이사님은 “장기적으로 작업 시간을 10분으로 목표 삼아 진행하여 주시길 바라며, 이러한 사내 대회를 전 법인 수평 전개하여 진행할 수 있도록 합시다.”라는 말씀을 전달하였습니다.
