지난 2024년 7월 26일(금), 김진우 대표이사님이 인도 사업부 전 공정 현장 점검을 진행하였습니다.


현장 점검에 참석한 인원은 인도 사업부 김영관 사업부장 및 주재원 15명이 참여하였습니다.


◇ 현장 점검

금형, 사출, 버핑, 도장, CNC, 조립, 식당 순으로 진행하였습니다.


◇ 점검 내용

투어라인 부착물, 사출기 핵심 점검표, 주기 관리 설정, 작업 지도서 개선, 전선 및 와이어 정리, 안전장치 확인 등을 점검하였습니다.


현장 경영 시 김진우 대표이사님은 “현재 전체적으로 설비 관리 및 운영을 잘 하고 있는 것 같습니다. 앞으로 혹시 모를 문제가 발생하지 않도록 더 철저히 관리할 수 있도록 합시다.”라는 말씀을 하였습니다.


인도 사업부는 현장 경영 당시 발생한 문제점들에 대해 단계별 개선 예정입니다.
