지난 2024년 10월 17일(목), 김진우 대표이사가 베트남 사업부를 방문해 현장 점검을 진행하였습니다.


이번 점검에는 송종득 사업부장, 한동권 상무 및 각 공정별 팀장들이 함께 참여하였습니다.


◇ 현장 점검

조립, 사출, 도장, MCT 공정을 차례로 살피며, 현장의 전반적인 운영 상태를 면밀히 확인하였습니다.


◇ 주요 점검 사항

투어 라인 부착물, 사출기 핵심 점검표, 주기 관리 설정, 작업 지도서, 전선 및 와이어 정리, 안전장치 등을 집중적으로 점검하였습니다.


김진우 대표이사는 특히 조립 공정의 라인 밸런스에 대해 강조하며, "더욱 효율적인 운영 방안을 모색하고, 개선할 수 있는 부분은 적극적으로 개선하라"는 지시를 내렸습니다.


베트남 사업부는 이번 현장 점검에서 도출된 문제점들에 대해 단계별 개선 작업을 진행할 계획입니다.
