[2025년 3월 22일(토)] 

㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사가 베트남 사업부 현장경영을 진행했다. 

이날 현장경영에는 베트남 사업부 송종득 사업부장을 비롯한 각 부서 팀장들이 참여해 생산 라인 전반을 함께 둘러봤다.


현장 투어는 사출, 금형, 도장, 조립, MCT 순으로 진행되었으며, 생산설비 운영 상태, 자동화 수준, 물류 동선 등 실질적인 생산 환경을 직접 확인하고, 현지 임직원들과의 소통을 통해 개선과제를 도출하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다.


김진우 대표이사는 “눈에 보이는 설비뿐 아니라, 작업자들의 동선, 자재의 흐름, 물류 적재 위치까지도 면밀히 살펴야 한다”고 강조하며, “전체적으로 베트남 사업부가 잘 운영되고 있고, 모든 임직원들이 각자의 자리에서 고생이 많다”며 진심 어린 격려의 말을 전했다.


앞으로도 ㈜삼광은 현장 중심의 소통과 실행력 있는 경영을 바탕으로, 지속 가능한 성장과 품질 혁신을 이어나갈 계획이다.
