[2025년 5월 26일(월)] ㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사가 일본에 위치한 산업용 로봇 전문 기업 유신(Yushin) 본사를 방문하여, 생산 설비 자동화와 관련된 기술 협력 방안을 논의했다. 


이번 미팅에서 삼광은 주로 다관절 로봇, 흑점 검사용 카메라, 팔레타이징(PA) 로봇에 대해 관심을 표명했으며, 현재 현장에서 사용중인 ‘타쿠보’ 도장 로봇에 대한 문제점 개선을 요청했다.


특히 다관절 로봇의 경우 제품 취출 공정에 대한 적용 가능성에 높은 관심을 나타냈으며, 스마트폰 펜 생산 시 발생하는 ‘흑점’ 문제 개선을 위한 흑점 검사 카메라에도 관심을 보였다.


또한 팔레타이징(PA) 로봇의 박스 자동 적재 기능에 주목하며, 시스템 도입 및 생산성 개선 가능성을 확인했다.


김진우 대표이사는 이번 유신 본사 방문을 통해 단순 장비 도입이 아닌, 삼광의 생산 현장에서 직면한 과제를 해결하고 미래 자동화 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 실질적이고도 주도적인 협력 논의를 이끌었다.
