[2025년 5월 27일(화)] ㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사가 Exuud 기업의 아로마 디퓨저 공동사업 추진을 위해 일본의 화장품 용기 제조 전문기업인 요시다(YOSHIDA)기업과 정식 협약을 체결했다. 


이번 사업은 글로벌 뷰티 기업인 Exuud의 신개념 아로마 디퓨저 사업 기획으로 에스티로더(Estée Lauder)로부터 투자를 유치하였으며, 향후 급격한 성장세를 기대하고 있다.


이번 협약은 지난 3월 삼광과 요시다(YOSHIDA)의 첫 대면 이후, 삼광의 단말기 제조 역량을 높이 평가하고 사업 가능성을 확인한 요시다(YOSHIDA)기업이 삼광에 화장품 캡 및 디퓨저 단말기 견적을 요청하며 본격적으로 추진되었다.


㈜삼광 김진우 대표이사와 요시다(YOSHIDA)의 요시다 유조(吉田雄三) 대표이사는 양사의 협력 관계를 공식화하고, 본격적인 프로젝트 추진을 위한 정식 계약 체결을 목적으로 기본 협력 관계 구축을 위한 협약서에 정식 서명했다.


오는 6월 10일 요시다(YOSHIDA) 임직원들이 삼광 기술연구소를 방문하여 생산 검토 및 추가 사업 논의를 진행할 예정이다. 


삼광은 이번 협력을 통해 글로벌 시장에서의 입지를 넓히는 동시에, 화장품 분야 완제품 제조를 위한 전략적 역량을 더욱 강화하게 되었다.
