[2025년 8월 28일(목)] 삼광 미국사업부에서 김진우 대표이사가 사출, 구매, 물류, 조립 부문을 순차적으로 점검하며 현장경영을 진행했다.


먼저 구매 공정에서는 지게차 안전 운행을 위해 속도제한 준수 여부를 확인하고, 안전관리 강화를 당부했다.

사출 공정에서는 설비 15대 세팅 및 시운전 완료 현황을 점검했으며, 현재 양산 중인 사출기와 작업자 배치 효율화를 통한 원가 절감 방안, 설비 간 호스 연결 방식과 작업자 검증 상황을 점검했다.

이어 조립 공정에서는 초음파 유착기 지그에 대한 3정 6S 활동을 점검하며 현장 개선 상황을 꼼꼼히 살폈다.


현장 점검을 마무리하며 김진우 대표이사는 첫 사출물에 직접 서명하며, 품질과 안전을 최우선으로 하는 경영 의지를 다시 한 번 강조했다.


삼광은 이번 현장경영을 통해 미국사업부의 안정적인 운영 기반을 더욱 공고히 하고, 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화해 나갈 예정이다.
