[2025년 9월 17일(수)] ㈜삼광 인도사업부에서 김진우 대표이사와 인도 주재원들의 간담회가 진행됐다. 


이번 간담회에는 김영관 법인장을 비롯한 전 주재원이 참석해 대표이사와 함께 현지 경영 환경과 향후 사업 방향을 공유하는 뜻깊은 자리가 되었다.


김진우 대표이사는 현재 인도가 미국과의 관세 문제로 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황을 언급하며, “힘든 시기에도 신규 사업을 잘 추진하고 있다. 고객을 더 확장하고 신규 매출을 늘려가는 데 자신감을 가져야 한다”고 격려했다. 이어 “건강을 최우선으로 챙기면서 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다해 달라. 곧 더 큰 성과가 뒤따를 것”이라며 주재원들에게 의지를 북돋아 주었다.


이번 간담회는 대표이사가 직접 현지 직원들의 애로사항을 청취하고, 향후 사업 비전과 함께 실질적인 격려를 전한 자리로, 인도 주재원들에게 큰 힘과 동기부여가 되었다.
