[2025년 10월 27일(월)] (주)삼광 인사총무지원팀 인사파트 직원들이 영남대학교에서 해외 진출을 희망하는 대학생들을 대상으로 삼광을 소개하는 시간을 가졌다.


삼광은 이번 설명회에서 베트남, 인도, 멕시코, 미국 등 주요 해외 법인의 현황과 함께, 글로벌 제조기업으로서의 비전과 성장 전략을 공유했다. 특히 드론, 모빌리티, IT 및 자동차 부품 등 다양한 산업 분야로 사업을 확장하고 있다는 점을 강조하며, 기술 중심의 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하고 있는 삼광의 경쟁력을 소개했다.


설명회에서 학생들은 “해외 법인에서는 어떤 직무를 수행하나요?”, “외국어 외에 필요한 역량은 무엇인가요?” 등의 질문을 했으며, 인사파트 직원들이 실제 사례를 들어 답변하며 활발한 소통이 이루어졌다.


설명회에 참석한 삼광 인사총무지원팀 관계자는 “삼광은 국내외를 잇는 글로벌 기술기업으로, 다양한 국가의 법인에서 인재들이 함께 성장하고 있습니다. 오늘 만난 학생들이 미래의 글로벌 리더로 성장하길 기대합니다”라고 전했다.


이번 영남대학교 해외취업설명회 참여는 삼광이 지역사회와의 협력 속에서 글로벌 인재 육성을 이어가는 뜻깊은 자리였다. 앞으로도 삼광은 청년들과의 만남을 통해 기업의 비전과 기회를 공유하며, 지역 인재와 함께 성장하는 글로벌 파트너로서의 역할을 지속할 계획이다.
