[2025년 11월 4일(화)] ㈜삼광 임직원들이 대구 한국섬유개발연구원(KTDI)을 방문하여 실무 협력 미팅을 진행했다.

이번 회의는 지난 10월 진행된 5자 MOU 체결 이후 첫 번째 공식 실무 만남으로, 양 기관의 협력 방향성과 공동 연구 과제 발굴을 위한 심도 있는 논의가 이루어졌다.


이날 회의에는 삼광 Global AD부문 정순백 대표, 양춘금 고문, Global 개발센터 정영준 전무 및 개발팀, 신사업팀 직원들이 참석했으며, KTDI 측에서는 김성만 원장, 정재훈 본부장, 손준식 본부장, 손정아 팀장이 참석했다.


회의는 친환경소재개발센터, 시험분석센터, 슈퍼섬유개발센터 등 주요 연구 현장 투어를 시작으로, 삼광이 준비한 신소재 R&D 제안서를 기반으로 한 실무 협의가 이어졌다.


회의에서 삼광은 자동차 부품용 기술과 모바일·전자기기 분야의 신소재 적용 경험을 공유하며, KTDI의 기술과 결합할 수 있는 신규 아이템 및 사업 기회를 제안했다. 또한 국책과제 연계 가능성 검토, 삼광의 기술·사업 니즈 기반 공동 아이템 발굴, KTDI 보유 기술을 활용한 신규 아이템 제안 등 구체적인 협력 방향을 논의했다.


KTDI는 신소재 개발 현황과 보유 기술을 공유하며, 플레이크 재활용 압출 장비 및 섬유강화 복합소재 기술, 생분해성 친환경 필렛 기술 등 주요 기술 역량을 소개했다. 


양 기관은 이번 실무 미팅을 시작으로 각 분야 실무 담당자 간 후속 기술 미팅을 추진하고, 공동 과제 기획 및 제품 개발 검토를 이어갈 예정이다.


삼광은 이번 협력을 통해 친환경 신소재 및 복합소재 R&D 역량을 강화하고, 지속 가능한 기술혁신 기반의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보에 한 걸음 더 나아갈 계획이다.
