[2025년 12월 17일(수)] ㈜삼광 베트남사업부에서 임직원의 건강 관리와 복지 증진을 위해 정기 건강검진을 실시했다.


이번 검진은 **흥옌 지역 푹람 종합병원(Bệnh viện đa khoa Phúc Lâm)**과 협력해 진행됐으며, 약 2,500명의 직원을 대상으로 현장 근무 환경을 고려한 방식으로 체계적으로 운영됐다.

베트남사업부는 임직원 건강 관리를 위해 매년 일반 건강검진 1회, 특수건강검진 2회를 정기적으로 시행하고 있다. 이번 정기 건강검진은 산업 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 건강 위험 요인을 사전에 점검하는 데 초점을 맞춰 시력, 피부, B형간염, 혈액검사, 소변검사, 흉부 X-ray 등의 검진을 진행했다.


또한 직원 50명을 대상으로 응급처치 교육을 병행해, 작업 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 응급 상황에 대비한 기본 심폐소생술(CPR) 및 초기 대응 요령을 실습을 진행했다.


베트남사업부 인사총무지원팀 관계자는 “직원들이 안심하고 근무할 수 있도록 현장 특성에 맞춘 건강검진을 꾸준히 운영하고 있다”며, “검진 결과를 바탕으로 사후 관리와 예방 중심의 지원을 강화해 안전하고 건강한 근무 환경을 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

삼광은 앞으로도 사업장별 근무 환경을 고려한 건강검진과 복지 제도를 지속적으로 추진해 건강한 일터 조성을 이어갈 계획이다.
